In the spirit of the monastic vows, I am exploring making a covenant. As I am not sure where this journey is leading or how long I may be on it, I am hesitant to commit to a ‘vow’ like cloistered monks do. I see this as more of an exploration of learning to walk experientially with GOD.

The 3 arms of the covenant are:

Upward – My experience with GOD

• Worship
• Prayer
• Study

Inward – Learning to live as He would have me

• Chastity
• Temperance
• Simplicity

Outward – Relating to other people in His name

• Charity
• Meekness
• Generosity
